It sounds too bizarre: The leveraged freedom chair

I have a riddle for you to start the New Year with: What do you get when you cross a wheelchair and a mountain bike, and how does the result solve the pain point of 20 million people around the world?

As you know, I profess that meaningful innovation targets previously overlooked or unsolved ‘pain points’ (defined as the dimensions of services and products that cause the most inconvenience and discomfort). I also say that the shortcut to achieving meaningful innovation is by creating new combinations of already existing, seemingly unrelated components. And so the answer to the riddle is a great example of both of these themes: The Leveraged Freedom Chair.
