InnovationTalk (“InT”) is a membership-based information service published by Global Innovation Holding LLC.
All information collected will be handled with care in accordance with InT’s information management guidelines and respect for your privacy. InT endeavors to comply with all laws and regulations that apply to the collection and use of personal information, including but not limited to U.S. privacy laws and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What Type of Information Does InT Collect?
There are several ways we may collect information from or about you, including through information you provide to us directly or information that we automatically or passively collect.
Information You Provide
The personal information collected by InT may include:
- Name, mailing address, phone number(s), email address, company or organization, financial information, demographic information, and more.
- Financial account information, such as credit card number and other payment information. Please note, we do not retain credit card information.
We may also collect information about you such as:
- If you join InT or create an account – your username, password, and other demographic information that you provide.
- If you purchase from InT – what you buy, and how frequently you buy.
- If you take a survey or interact with us in various other ways – demographics information that you provide and information about subjects that may interest you.

- Website Use Information. We may automatically collect website use information when you visit our site. How Long is Personal Information Retained For?

- Signing in to your InT account, if you have one, and visiting the Your Account page to manage your preferences and to update your personal information.

Please note that if you make any changes or update your account, these will be reflected in active user databases within a reasonable period of time; however, we may retain certain data when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
You may decline to share certain personal data with us, in which case we may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionality of the website.
